This Privacy Policy explains how Unreal Productions LLC (“Unreal Productions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website, contact us, or book one of our shows.

By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our booking or contact form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• Your event date, event type and the event details you provide
• Your SMS consent choices, and the date and time you made them

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our hosting and analytics providers may automatically receive standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your booking enquiry and communicate with you about it
• Provide, arrange and administer the shows and services you request
• Send you transactional and customer-care messages relating to your enquiry
• Send you marketing and promotional messages, where you have agreed to receive them
• Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you tick either SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Unreal Productions at the mobile number you provide. The two consents are separate and independent:

• Transactional / informational messages — messages about your booking inquiry, event updates and customer care.
• Marketing messages — promotional messages about our shows, offers and events.

Both consents are entirely optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit our booking form without agreeing to either.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us using the details below.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here, and only with parties who are obliged to protect it:

• Service providers. Vendors who operate our website, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery on our behalf, and who may process your information only on our instructions.
• Venues and event partners. Where it is necessary to deliver an event you have booked.
• Legal and safety. Where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

As stated in section 4, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above categories and are never shared with third parties.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Most browsers also support a “Do Not Track” signal; where required by law we honour recognised opt-out preference signals.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

• Booking enquiries — for up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
• SMS consent records — for at least the life of the consent plus 4 years, because carrier and regulatory rules require us to evidence opt-in.
• Financial and transaction records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request that we delete your personal information
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
• Request a portable copy of the information you gave us
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
• Opt out of marketing communications, including by replying STOP to any SMS

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. You will never receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. 11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently where required by law. Please review this page periodically.
