1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Unreal Productions LLC (“Unreal Productions”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and any booking or enquiry you make through it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the website

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including another person’s contact details
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
• Interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the site
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest or collect data from the site without our written permission

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including show names, logos, photography, video, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to Unreal Productions LLC and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

4. Bookings, tickets and payment

Submitting the booking form on this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and any required deposit has been received.

• Prices, running times, performers and schedules are subject to change.
• Where tickets are sold through a venue or third-party ticketing provider, that provider’s terms, fees and refund policy also apply.
• Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your booking confirmation.
• We reserve the right to substitute performers or amend programme content where necessary.

5. Venue entry, age limits and conduct

Some of our shows are age-restricted; the restriction for each show is stated in its listing. Valid photo identification may be required for entry. Venue operators set their own entry conditions, and we and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful, without refund.

6. SMS programme terms

Programme name and description

The programme is operated by Unreal Productions LLC under the name Unreal Productions Booking & Event Alerts. It allows people who have contacted us to receive text messages about their booking enquiry and, separately and optionally, about our shows and offers.

How to join

You join by ticking one or both of the SMS consent boxes on our booking form and submitting the form with your mobile number. The two consents are separate:

• Transactional / informational. Messages about your booking inquiry, event updates and customer care.
• Marketing. Promotional messages about our shows, offers and events.

Both are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and our booking form can be submitted without agreeing to either.

Types of messages you may receive

• Confirmation and follow-up on a booking enquiry you submitted
• Event reminders, schedule updates and changes
• Customer-care replies to questions you send us
• If you opted in to marketing: news about shows, residencies, tour dates and special offers

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply according to your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details in section 13.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and eligibility

The programme is available on major US carriers. Carriers are not required to support all message types, and support may change. You must be the account holder of, or have permission from the account holder for, the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old to opt in.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In particular: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

7. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services such as venues, ticketing providers and video platforms. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unreal Productions LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unreal Productions LLC from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
